VMware is performing maintenance to the VMware Hybrid Cloud Extension (HCX) service beginning October 7, 2024 starting at 04:30 UTC, for a duration of 3 hours.

Impact

During the maintenance activity:

• Customers cannot Activate HCX with connect.hcx.vmware.com
• Customers cannot Deploy HCX in VMware Cloud on AWS
• Customers cannot upgrade HCX Managers
• Customers cannot download HCX Manager bundles

New HCX deployments in VMC cannot be performed; upgrades of HCX will not work. Existing HCX installations will not be impacted.
