Users who are utilizing agentless access for EU environment may encounter intermittent disconnections while accessing their applications. However, the issue is typically resolved after making an additional attempt to access them, potentially eliminating the risk of further disconnections. We are investigating this issue with the highest priority and will provide further updates as new information is discovered.
Please note that no other Symantec Secure Access Cloud functionality is affected.
