We are currently experiencing an issue with Symantec Endpoint Security. Customers in the EU and US regions who have an existing domain in India region may experience issues with domain management functionality due to ongoing maintenance in the India region.
Customers with domains in US and EU exclusively are not impacted and can continue using domain management functionality.
The customer impact for this incident will end on April 10, 2025 at 02:00 UTC when the maintenance in India region completes. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
