Impact

Customers in the India and EU regions who have domains in the US region may experience issues with domain management functionality due to scheduled maintenance in the US region during this time.

However, customers with domains exclusively in the India and EU regions will not be impacted and can continue using domain management functionality without any disruptions.

Endpoints will remain protected during the maintenance period.

Broadcom will perform a planned backend maintenance on April 12, 2025, starting at 02:30 UTC, for a duration of 10 hours.

Impact

Customers might encounter slower-than-usual load times when logging into the console during this activity.

New domain creation in the US region will not be supported during this maintenance period. However, creating new domains in the EU or India regions will continue working without any issues.

Endpoints will remain protected during this maintenance period.
