Monitoring

We identified that all versions of SEP mobile were effected impacting a subset of customers. We have also identified the cause of the issue and have implemented a fix.

We will now monitor the service for stability and provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.

Investigating

We are aware of some customers using older versions of SEP mobile being unable to connect to the backend service.
