Impact
During the transition of the authentication technology, User Registration on Support Portal will not be accessible from January 18, 2025 at 08:00 UTC (January 18, 2025 00:00 PST) to January 21, 2025 at 08:00 UTC (January 21, 2025 00:00 PST). New profile creation and profile builder will be unavailable. Customers can still login during this time.

To complete the transition of your Broadcom profile, please follow the steps described in this article when you login after January 21, 2025 at 08:00 UTC (January 21, 2025 00:00 PST).
