Our encryption partner Echoworx will be performing a scheduled database maintenance.
Timing
The maintenance window will run on March 14, 2026 between 13:00 to 15:00 UTC for both EMEA and NAM regions.
Impact
During this maintenance, some components of the service will be offline. The expected outage in each region is up to 20 minutes.
- All email routed to Echoworx for encryption will be queued for processing as soon as services are restored.
- The EMX Web Portal (for recipients), and the EMG Admin Console (for administrators) will be offline. If users attempt to visit the Portal, the following error will be displayed: We’ll be back soon! Sorry for the inconvenience. We’re performing scheduled maintenance at the moment.
