Email Encryption Maintenance (Echoworx) September 29, 2024
Our encryption partner Echoworx will be performing a scheduled maintenance, beginning September 29, 2024 starting at 02:00 UTC, for a duration of 3 hours. This upgrade will bring Echoworx backend services to the latest feature release.
Impact
During this maintenance, some components of the service will be offline.
- All email routed to Echoworx for encryption will be queued for processing as soon as services are restored.
- The EMX Web Portal (for recipients), and the EMG Admin Console (for administrators) will be offline .If users attempt to visit the Portal, the following error will be displayed: We’ll be back soon! Sorry for the inconvenience. We’re performing scheduled maintenance at the moment.
