The previous reported concern with email delivery in the NAM region has been addressed. The service is fully restored and there is no longer an impact to customers. This incident is resolved.
The service remains fully operational and customers should continue to see mail flowing normally.
Previously queued email on the US based infrastructure have been cleared with new email now processing as expected.
We will continue to closely monitor the email service and the next update will be provided at 09:00 UTC or as new information becomes available.

To mitigate the issue we have taken the impacted infrastructure (US-West) out of service. Mail traffic is balanced between the two regions, US-West & US-East. New emails are processed by US-East and delivered without delays.
Emails were queued on the Broadcom infrastructure during the impact time. Our engineers are currently in the process of pushing the emails queued on the Broadcom infrastructure.

We are aware of some customers provisioned on our NAM infrastructure, US-West, may experience delays sending and receiving emails.
