The previous reported concern with password reset and portal login has been resolved. The service is fully restored and there is no longer an impact to customers. This incident is resolved.
We are continuing to investigate this issue.
We are aware that customers may experience issues when attempting to reset their Email Security.cloud Quarantine (EU and US) portal password and in some cases also at login. They may be presented with an error message: Internal error. An alert for this error has been generated, we will rectify this shortly”.
We are working on resolving this as soon as possible and will provide an update when new information is available.
