The previous reported concern with email delays has been resolved. The service is fully restored and there is no longer an impact to customers. This incident is resolved.
Between 11:10 and 12:35 UTC, customers provisioned on NAM based infrastructure may have experienced delays sending or receiving emails. In addition, a small subset of customers may have received errors when connecting to the impacted infrastructure. This issue has been resolved, and normal service is restored. Any queued email will be delivered following our retry schedule.
We are continuing to closely monitor the email traffic and will provide further updates as new information is discovered.
