Our encryption provider Echoworx, provider of our PBE Essentials and Advanced service, will perform maintenance upon their Email Encryption Portal infrastructure. This maintenance will begin on September 16, 2018, at 05:00 UTC for a duration of 1 hour.
Impact During this maintenance period, the EMEA web portal (https://eu.pbe.encryption.symantec.com) will be unavailable and recipients will be presented with a browser error page. In addition, email processing for new messages and notifications will be queued for delivery and will be automatically routed to Echoworx once the change is completed. All other aspects of our services will function as normal.
