Broadcom will be performing maintenance on our licensing database between the hours of September 28, 04:30 UTC - September 28, 10:30 UTC (September 27, 09:30PM PDT - September 28, 03:30 AM PDT).

During this time the following scenarios should be noted:

  • None of the appliances will be able to download any licenses.
  • Virtual appliances will not be able to use the phone home service resulting in warnings, however these appliances will continue to work normally during this maintenance window.
  • Hardware appliances will not be able to update birth certificates.
  • The subscription download service will work with the existing data. Any new data will not be available during the maintenance.
