Broadcom will be performing maintenance on our licensing database between the hours of September 20, 01:30 UTC - September 20, 08:30 UTC (September 19, 6:30PM PDT - September 20, 1:30 AM PDT).

During this time the following scenarios should be noted:

  • Virtual appliances will not be able to download licenses with birth certificates (new install case) but they can still download a license without a birth certificate (update license).
  • Virtual appliances will not be able to use the phone home service resulting in warnings, however these appliances will continue to work normally during this maintenance window.
  • Hardware appliances will not be able to update birth certificates but they can still download licenses.
  • The subscription download service will work with the existing data. Any new data will not be available during the maintenance.
