DX O2 SaaS, a division of Broadcom, will be performing scheduled maintenance in the US and EU region to upgrade to the latest version. The maintenance window is scheduled for January 25, 2026, at 15:00 UTC, and could last up to 2 hours.
This upgrade centralizes the alarm processing across the DX O2 core platform. It strengthens the product's foundation supporting large scale ingestions. The changes will be transparent to tenant users in this upgrade, and no action is needed from the users at this time.
Please note that the Email Notifications functionality in APM Management Modules will automatically unify with Notification channels and Policies in the Settings. All your existing APM email notifications will be available in Policies with prefix "APM Alert".
Impact
During this time, the DX SaaS may lead to data gaps and UI inaccessibility for 15 minutes within the maintenance window. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
