On October 8, 2024 between 13:22 and 13:24 UTC, DX SaaS customers in the US region may have experienced a temporary disconnection of APM agents due to an infrastructure issue. As of 13:24 UTC, all agents have successfully reconnected, and no further issues have been observed. The environment is now fully stable.
