Monitoring

On October 26, 2023 between approximately 12:48 UTC and 12:53 UTC, DX SaaS customers provisioned on the US Infrastructure may have experienced Portal UI unavailable for approximately up to 5 minutes with up to 2 minutes of data gaps. As per our investigation, this occurred due to an incident with our Cloud Platform provider. This was a short lived incident and we have not seen any recurrence. The DX SaaS service remains fully operational and we continue to closely monitor the service.
