Monitoring

On August 23, 2023 between approximately 10:00 UTC and 12:00 UTC, DX SaaS customers provisioned on the US Infrastructure may have experienced data gaps for 2 to 3 minutes in the metric view.

As per our investigation, this happened due to an incident with our Cloud Platform provider. This was a short lived incident and we have not seen any recurrence. DX SaaS service remains fully operational and we continue to closely monitor the service.
