A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

Investigating

We are aware of customers experiencing delays in processing the latest APM Alarms, Ticket, and Email/Webhook notifications in the DX OI(Operational Intelligence). We are currently investigating the cause of this issue and will provide updates as new information becomes available. All other aspects of the product are functioning as normal.
