The scheduled maintenance has been completed.
Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.
What's Happening? As a result of the Broadcom Inc. acquisition of the Symantec Enterprise Security Business in November 2019, all remaining Symantec NSL Accounts are being migrated to Broadcom Okta Accounts.
What are the Login Changes? Until now, access to the Symantec SaaS Product Portals was through your Symantec NSL Account. Symantec used Norton Secure Login (NSL) as the Single Sign-On service to provide access to these Product Portals.
Symantec, a division of Broadcom, will now use Okta, which is the leading industry standard identity provider (IDP). With this change, management console administrators will be required to perform a one-time process to set up their new login credentials.
Action Required You will receive an email on or around April 27, 2020, informing you about the migration of your account and your involvement in the process. You must use the activation link in that email to activate your new Broadcom account. Upon clicking this link you will be required to reset your password, setup two-factor-authentication and configure your account security questions.
After the invite emails are sent, there will be a short period of time where the old credentials will still be in use, and you will still authenticate using NSL. On or around April 29, 2020, your NSL Account will be switched to Okta, and you will need to log on using your new credentials.
