  • Summary: This notification is to inform you that the ConnectALL SaaS team will be applying a product patch to your environment to address issues as identified below.

  • Schedule: The maintenance will be performed at the time listed in this notice.

  • Service Availability: The service will be unavailable within the duration of the maintenance. Although the duration of this maintenance is scheduled for 2 hours, we anticipate the duration to be shorter. You will be notified upon completion.

  • Impact: This maintenance will update ConnectALL SaaS with a product patch. This patch will not include new functionality.

  • Action Required: Please test after this maintenance is completed to confirm any of the listed issues impacting you have been resolved.

    NOTE: These issues will be addressed in your Production environment in a later maintenance for which you will receive a separate notification.

  • Details: In an effort to address recently identified issues with our ConnectALL service, the ConnectALL SaaS team is applying a product patch to your environments. The following issues are addressed as part of this maintenance activity:

    • DE78589 : Unable to sync the child record from clarity to Jira (On-prem)
    • DE78302: Password reset link got triggered every time after refresh the page
    • DE78275: Able to use the same/old password for multiple times in the forgot password - reset link
    • DE78182: Issue while syncs from Jira to TFS.
    • DE77701: Source Public Comments were getting edited while synching new comment from Jira Software
    • DE78315: UI is allowing to set/save same user name and password when Username and Password cannot be same is enabled
    • DE78370 - Error while resetting password(forgot password) in Insights-demo after Grafana upgrade.
    • DE78396: Doors DWA Flow filter is not working or not handled in the request.
    • DE78419: Password failure count is not reset after successful attempt
    • DE78429: Parent child linking is not working from Jira Cloud to Clarity
    • DE78446: Cannot create Clarity connection when SSO is enabled
    • DE78464: Apache ActiveMQ 5.16.6 and 5.17.2 (HIGH vulnerability)
    • DE78480: Jira Cloud Sprint processing is failing
    • DE78647: Unable to upload the ConnectALL core license on 3.2 instance of ConnectALL
