Bill collection is fully on track for all customers through January 18th. Consequently, most cost history reports are updated through January 17th (with partial data for the 18th), as expected. While a small subset of customers are currently experiencing a one-day lag, today’s successful data collection from Google Cloud ensures these reports will catch up and be fully updated by tomorrow. We will provide additional updates as they become available.
Recovery is well underway as we process the remaining updates. We will provide further information as it becomes available.
We are aware that Google Cloud cost data in CloudHealth has not been up to date since January 11, 2026, due to a Cloud Platform provider outage that impacted billing data exports to BigQuery.
The underlying issue is addressed and the backfilling has begun for the affected data partitions. This backfill process is expected to take 24–48 hours. As it completes each day’s partition, CloudHealth will process the data accordingly. We expect CloudHealth to be fully caught up within 48–72 hours.
We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.
