Broadcom will perform maintenance with a temporary impact to the High-Risk Isolation (HRI) service on December 7, 2025 starting at 17:00 UTC for a duration of 4 hours.
Impact
The activity only affects Cloud SWG customers who use High-Risk Isolation (no impact on dedicated Web Isolation tenants).
For approximately 30–60 minutes at the start of the maintenance window, end users will be unable to browse isolated to high-risk websites. End users will receive a Cloud SWG "Network Error" page for the failed requests.
