General Product Maintenance: Delhi (GINDE): February 17, 2026

Broadcom will perform general maintenance to the Cloud SWG POP in Delhi (GINDE) on February 17, 2026, at 16:00 UTC and completing on February 17, 2026 at 22:00 UTC. This maintenance includes the addition of ingress addresses to the site. Carefully review the information below to avoid disruption of service.

Impact

• Expect the sites to be completely unavailable during the maintenance window.
• Ingress IP addresses will be expanded for WSS Agent traffic so it is imperative to adjust access control lists appropriately in case you are using this access method.

Required Action by Connection Method prior to February 17, 2026

• IPsec: Switch to your secondary tunnel prior to the maintenance window, for the duration of the maintenance.
• WSS Agent, Symantec Enterprise Agent: Update any firewall rules regulating connectivity with Cloud SWG to allow traffic to pass to/from the IP networks listed above. Failure to make these changes could prevent users from connecting to Cloud SWG, or authenticating against the service using the Auth Connector (where applicable) after the maintenance. During the maintenance, agent traffic will be automatically redirected by the service to the nearest site.
• Explicit proxy and proxy forwarding: Customers directing traffic to proxy.threatpulse.net will be automatically redirected by the service to the nearest alternate site during the maintenance window.
