Cloud Firewall Service (CFS) and Symantec ZTNA(Secure Access Cloud (SAC)) service will be unavailable for a few minutes during the maintenance window.

SAML Users are advised to re-authenticate if they see problems with CFS or ZTNA access (Secure Access Cloud (SAC)).

Broadcom will perform maintenance on the Cloud SWG Service on July 30, 2025, starting at 20:30 UTC, for a duration of 4 hours, on the following Cloud SWG POPs:

• Tel Aviv, Israel (GILTA)
• Warsaw, Poland (GPOWA)
• Dammam, Saudi Arabia (GSADA)
• Johannesburg, South Africa GZASO (Previously Johannesburg GZAJB)
