We have monitored the service for stability and this incident shall now be closed.
On August 2, 2025 starting 21:19 UTC, Cloud SWG customers would have experienced an issue with the portal and customer Auth Connectors. Any customers running Auth Connector may have experienced issues with their Auth Connector not connecting to the Cloud SWG portal. Therefore any new connections to new data pods may have resulted in a user's group information not being available on that new data pod.
The issue was restored as of August 3, 2025 at 02:03 UTC. The Cloud SWG portal was available during this time. It only affected customer Auth Connector connections to the portal and policies using group information.
We are now monitoring the service for stability and will provide more information as it becomes available.
