Broadcom will perform maintenance to the Cloud SWG Dedicated IP service in the sites listed below between April 3, 2025 and April 5, 2025, for a duration of 5 hours between 18:00 and 06:00 local time.
Impact
Expect the Dedicated IP service in Sites listed above to be completely unavailable during the maintenance window. Dedicated IP traffic egressing via the Dedicated IP facility in the sites listed above will be automatically redirected to your next nearest Dedicated IP location during the maintenance window. If you do not have a secondary Dedicated IP location as suggested per best practices, the Dedicated IP traffic egressing via the DEI site listed above will fail open and will directly egress via shared IPs.
