Between October 21, 2024 and October 24, 2024, Cloud SWG customers may have experienced an issue with missing sandbox logs. The missing logs are only for files not deemed a security risk, all potential malicious files have reports generated and are visible in the Cloud SWG Portal. This issue was resolved on October 24th. Some customers may see gaps in non malicious sandbox logs from October 21st through October 24th, others will only see a small gap on October 24th.

During the incident timeline, there was no impact on protection services. As of October 24, 2024, we are no longer experiencing any logs issues and we continue to closely monitor the service.
