We are aware of Dedicated IP service customers currently experiencing issues when connecting/browsing through the new Dallas (GUSDA) site. This is impacting all access methods.

We have identified the cause of this issue and are in the process of performing an emergency maintenance to address this issue. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
