Between June 23, 2023 at 14:00 UTC and July 11, 2023 at 01:10 UTC, customers using WSS Agent version 9.1.1 and newer may have experienced an issue with the "Allow IPv6 traffic" setting in the Cloud Portal. Specifically the "Allow IPv6 traffic" setting was not being honored by the WSS Agent. On July 11, 2023 at 01:10 UTC, the issue was resolved and we continue to closely monitor the service. This issue only impacted Agent version 9.1.1 and newer and all other connection methods continued to be fully operational.
