The Middlesex (London GGBLO) WSS site will undergo maintenance beginning on October 14, 2022 starting at 20:00 UTC, lasting for a duration of one week, until October 22, 2022, 2:00 UTC .
Impact
The following describes what happens to connected clients during the maintenance window, based on access method:
WSS Agent and SEP Agent: The service will automatically redirect connections to alternate infrastructure (Dover - GGBDO) during the maintenance window.
No other connection methods will be impacted.
WSS Dover (GGBDO) egress IP ranges (provided for convenience; there are no changes).

Required Action prior to October 14, 2022
Please ensure that the Dover IP ranges above are trusted by your firewalls and third party applications. Failure to make these changes could prevent users from connecting to WSS, accessing third party web applications, or authenticating against the service using the Auth Connector (where applicable).
Firewall rules regulating connectivity to/from your network to WSS should be adjusted to allow traffic to pass to the IP networks listed above.
Third party applications that regulate connections by source IP address should be updated to accept connections from the new egress IP networks listed above to ensure traffic proxied through WSS can reach the application.
Auth Connector must be able to communicate with all egress ranges listed above on TCP 443, where applicable.
