We are aware of Web-Isolation Interconnect customers currently experiencing an incorrect Isolation verdict button on the Threat Protection Group B page via the Cloud Portal. Impacted customers will be unable to create or update an isolation rule with the "Block Unless Isolate / Document Isolate" action. Note that all existing policies continue to work without any issues.
We are currently investigating the cause of this issue and will provide further updates as more information becomes available. Please note that there is no impact to protection services, and all other aspects of our WSS service remain functional.
