We have confirmed that as of March 18, 2019 at 06:57 UTC, this issue is resolved.
Some customers with fixed IP address whitelists may have experienced issues accessing the PAC File Management Service after the incident was resolved. This was due to updated IP addresses utilized in the original remediation. We have updated the service to use the original IP addresses.
We have identified the underlying cause for this incident. We believe it will take us about 2 hours' time to fully remediate this issue. We will provide additional updates as new information becomes available.
