We have corrected the issue with the Unified Agent. This incident is now resolved.
As of June 13, at 20:00 UTC, we have corrected the issue identified in UA version 4.10.6. For customers that have previously upgraded to version 4.10.6, between June 13, 16:00 UTC, and June 13, 20:00 UTC, please re-download version 4.10.6.
We continue to monitor this situation and will provide further updates as they become available.
As of 16:17 UTC, we have identified an issue in version 4.10.6 of Unified Agent. For customers that have upgraded to version 4.10.6, between 16:00 UTC and 20:00 UTC please revert back to version 4.10.3.
Customers that downloaded UA version 4.10.6 during this time are advised to contact support for assistance.
As a preventative measure, we have removed UA 4.10.6 from production.
