We have not seen recurrence of the certification based firewall connections issue and the service is fully operational. This incident is resolved.
As of 07:30 UTC, we have resolved the previously reported concern with the certification based firewall connections and normal performance has been restored. We are closely monitoring the performance.

We are aware customers are unable to create new certification based firewall connections. This issue does not affect customers which already have a certification based firewall connection configured.
