During this maintenance window:

• Some APIs will operate in read only mode. All sensor telemetry will be queued on sensors during part of this time.
• Events and alerts will be processed after read only is lifted resulting in temporary delays.
• Customers might experience some issues in CBC Console Public Cloud pages.
• Ingestion of binaries to UBS from sensors will temporarily fail during the migration window.
• The binary download API will also fail during this window.
• Customers would be able to see existing Policy configuration, but would not be able to create or amend during this window.

Customers should refrain from onboarding any new Public Cloud accounts during this window and exporting public cloud inventory data from the CBC console.

Sensors will continue to monitor and prevent threats in your environment.

Carbon Black Cloud, a division of Broadcom, is doing a series of infrastructure updates in the EU region on September 03, 2025, beginning 00:00 UTC, for a duration of 19 hours.
