Impact

During this maintenance window, Carbon Black Cloud Console and APIs will operate in read only mode. All sensor telemetry will be queued on sensors, and resulting events and alerts will be processed after read only mode has been turned off. Most configuration changes will be rejected during this window.

Sensors will continue to monitor and prevent threats in your environment.

Carbon Black Cloud, a division of Broadcom will be performing maintenance on Endpoint Standard/Prevention in SYD (Sydney) region beginning April 28, 2025, starting at 13:00 UTC, for a duration of 5 hours.

Impact

During this maintenance window, events and alerts will be delayed. The Carbon Black Cloud console will be in read only mode. Security efficacy will not be affected.
