Carbon Black Cloud, a division of Broadcom, will be doing data store updates in EU and US (Prod1 & Prod2) regions. This maintenance will begin on July 03, 2025, starting at 00:00 UTC, lasting for up to 6 hours.

Impact

During this maintenance window, some APIs will operate in read only mode. All sensor telemetry will be queued on sensors during part of this time. Events and alerts will be processed after read only is lifted resulting in temporary delays.

Sensors will continue to monitor and prevent threats in your environment.
