6-Feb-2018, from 4:18 PM EST 6:18 PM EST, Cb Defense 03 Backend may have taken longer than normal to process latest events uploaded from an endpoint by Cb Defense 03 Sensor. Events and/or Alerts in Cb Defense 03 Dashboard may have populated with a delay.

We have resolved the issue and restored the service back to normal performance.
