Broadcom is performing a scheduled release update of Automic SaaS instance beginning October 26, 2025, starting at 04:00 UTC, with a completion date of October 28, 2025, at 06:00 UTC.
Impact
This maintenance will update Automic SaaS to 24.6.0 HF2 and include infrastructure updates. Automic SaaS will be temporarily unavailable for approximately 30 minutes from the scheduled start time. During the upgrade process, agents and users may experience reconnections.
