Broadcom Engineering has confirmed that this is a one-time issue that should not re-occur and as such, are closing this incient.
Broadcom Engineering is investigating an issue that has caused some alarms that were active on April 6th 2026 to fail to move into the 'cleared' status upon correction of the network condition that triggered the alarm. This will cause some alarms that should be cleared to persist in the Alarm Console as active. New alarms generated after April 6th 2026 are unaffected by this issue.
