Broadcom Engineering has monitored this issue through the last day and confirmed that the system is stable and operating as expected.
We have also further investigated the scope of the issue and confirmed that it affected only Monitoring Points that have not been upgraded to v16.0 or higher, as well as only affecting those which are configured for Usage monitoring.
Broadcom Engineering has identified and addressed what we believe is the root cause of the issue. We will actively monitor the system across the next few hours to ensure the system is fully stabilized.
Broadcom Engineering is currently investigating an issue whereby some legacy Monitoring Points are failing to upload and persist Usage data.
