Cloud SWG: Service Points URL Change June 12, 2026 [ACTION REQUIRED]
The Cloud SWG Service Points webserver IP addresses will be changing:
- Old IP: 34.149.184.82 (to be decommissioned on June 12, 2026)
- New IPs:
- 34.8.147.172 (New on June 12, 2026)
- 34.102.158.11 (New on June 12, 2026)
- 34.49.209.59 (New on June 12, 2026)
The Service Points URL (https://servicepoints.threatpulse.com/) provides JSON formatted service IP address information to support automating various external processes.
Impact
The old Service Points webserver IP will be decommissioned on June 12, 2026.
The Service Points document URL will remain unchanged; however, the IP addresses hosting the content will change. You must update any external processes that rely on IP-based access or allow lists for the Service Points URL before June 12, 2026.
