Beijing (ACNBJ) POP Maintenance - July 6, 2026

Broadcom will perform general maintenance to the Cloud SWG service in Beijing, China (ACNBJ) POP. The maintenance window will run from July 6, 2026 at 14:00 UTC, with a completion date/time of July 6, 2026 at 21:00 UTC.

Impact

During this maintenance event all services will remain operational and available. The following describes what happens to connected clients, depending on access method used:

• Explicit proxy/ WSS Agent / SEA (Single Enterprise Agent) / Proxy Forwarding: The service automatically redirects connections to active data pods within the same data center or geographic location. This is for information only, and the customer does not need to take any action.
• IPSec: A short fail-over delay may occur as the load balancer directs traffic to another active data pod within the data center. This is for information only, and the customer does not need to take any action.

WARNING: Any customer, regardless of connection method, with a configuration pointing to a specific site or IP address must manually failover to a secondary site during the migration window to avoid an outage. Explicit redirection should never point to an IP address. Only IPsec connections should be directed to IP addresses.
