Carbon Black Cloud, a division of Broadcom, will be performing a series of infrastructure updates including upgrading our primary data store in the Japan region beginning May 20, 2025 at 19:00 UTC for a duration of 11 hours.

Impact

During this maintenance window, some APIs will operate in read only mode. All sensor telemetry will be queued on sensors during part of this time. Events and alerts will be processed after read only is lifted resulting in temporary delays.

Sensors will continue to monitor and prevent threats in your environment.
