On January 9, 2025 between 01:41 UTC and 02:51 UTC, customers were unable to access VMware Live Recovery service through the Cloud Console. During the incident window, Disaster Recovery services that were already configured remained functional, but customers could not make any configuration changes. As of 02:51 UTC, the service is fully restored and we continue to closely monitor the service.
