We are currently addressing an issue affecting Endpoint Search for customers on our US infrastructure. While customers can successfully run searches and view results within the UI, customers may notice that the Command Status and Metadata remain in a "In progress" state longer than usual.
Our team has identified the root cause and is actively working on a fix to ensure these statuses update correctly. Please be assured that all other platform features remain fully operational, and we will provide further updates as soon as more information is available.
