Scheduled Maintenance Notice – Carbon Black App Control File Reputation Service

We would like to inform you of upcoming scheduled maintenance being performed by Carbon Black, a division of Broadcom, that will affect the File Reputation service used by Carbon Black App Control.

Maintenance Window

• Start: July 30, 2026, 03:30 UTC
• End: July 31, 2026, 18:30 UTC

Customer Impact

During the maintenance window, the following functionality will be unavailable or temporarily impacted:

• The Enable and Configure Carbon Black File Reputation option under System Configuration > License will be unavailable.

• The View Carbon Black Reputation Data button on the File Details page will be unavailable.

• The File Catalog tab on the Files page will continue to display the trust and threat scores for files that are already known.

• Newly discovered files during the maintenance window will not display trust and threat scores in the File Catalog.

• Updates to trust and threat scores for existing files that occur during the maintenance window will not be reflected until the maintenance has been completed.

• Any trust and threat score updates that occur during the maintenance window will be processed and displayed automatically once the service has been restored.

No action is required on your part. All services will resume normal operation after the maintenance window has concluded.
