On March 20, 2026 between 19:10 and 19:35 UTC, customers hosted on Non-Production Australia AU1 [001/002/003] Group ID may have experienced issues accessing/managing Clarity service. The underlying issue has been addressed by our Cloud Platform provider and we continue to closely monitor the service.
