Broadcom will perform backend maintenance every Thursday from May 14, 2026 to June 11, 2026. Each maintenance window will begin at 07:00 UTC and last for 10 hours.

Timing:

  • May 14, 2026 to June 11, 2026
  • 10 hours on every Thursday (07:00 UTC - 17:00 UTC)

Impact

During this time, customer tenants being actively maintained, will potentially experience a synchronization delay between their Identity provider and their Cloud SWG tenant. This delay will be experienced for no longer than a 30 minutes window during the maintenance window. No admin interaction will be required and the system will reflect the changes made on the identity provider automatically following the synchronization. With that being said, we encourage you to avoid making changes during this time period.

Tenants targeted for maintenance will receive an additional in product notification.
